Client management – basic CRMs which can add and follow-up extra leads:

Supplier order management module – listing based on the order attributes to the supplier and status visualization (this can automatically update itself based on the WMS connection). Furthermore, data specific to the INTRASTAT report can be added in the order and after the order is received the differences between the command and delivery (the order can be associated to several deliveries).

Supplier management and product listing next to the acquisitions price in different currencies. Some items can be blocked from ordering, this attribute is used in generating reports and situations:

Transport generating module based on confirmed orders – based on an order report (destination, pallet number, quantity), orders can be coupled in one transport for cost optimization. After establishing a transport, the order has the status modified automatically to "in transit to delivery".

Client tracking module - clients and orders can be visualized on an interactive map based on some attributes in order to realize an optimum route.

Delivery approval flux – every delivery accompanying notice is tracked untill it returns to the supplier and in case of any unforseen event the information is stored in this module. Additional reports:

finnancial - accountability

Management system for commercial conditions KA – for a client (Key Account in general) certain commercial conditions can be defined: CA plan, invoice discount, payment due date, promotion discount, advertised discount, number of discounts accepted and the duration of the promotion, listing/delisting/replacement fees.

Multiple document printing module – any number of documents (order, invoice, accompanying notice) can be selected to generate a .pdf document to print.

EDI document delivery module – invoices can be send trough KA in a single module to multiple suppliers, data trough expert supplier, tecnet and doc-process. Client receptions can also be tracked (if they are send trough EDI) and the invoice delivery result.

Order input module - the orders can be imported in an excel format or can be manually introduced within an intuitive way. Moreover, the system has certain input restrictions to prevent human error.

Un-billing motivation analysis – orders that are not billed go through an automatic analysis module (missing stock) and trough a manual analysis (duplication). This statistic is send daily to the sales teams for analysis.

Tracking bills stuck in the payment phase – because of certain reasons, like lack of items at merchandise reception or price differences, bills can be blocked at payment. In this case, the accounting department can step in and modify the invoice status to "blocked", "in unlocking process" or "unlocked". In the final report the invoice number, client, value, invoice date, transporter, observations and adjustment date are specified.

Additional reports:

KA profitability report: it can be generated monthly, quarterly or annually and based on the bonuses the net margin per client can be calculated.
